The European Networks and Information Security Agency (ENISA) conducted a comprehensive study on the status of network and information security (NIS) in Europe. The goal was to produce a series of country reports regarding the "state of the art¡± of NIS in each European country. The countries covered by this report are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. The first report concentrated on security breaches and was concluded in 2008. The 2010 update concentrates on cybercrime.
